If a spa day is something that you have done before, it likely you'll know how good you feel when you go home. They can work to resolve lots of issues that you might have with your body or your mind. Stress is vastly reduced and your body has a chance to flush out toxins when it is relaxed. They can however be a little expensive and given the current economy, treating yourself to a spa treatment at the local health spa may not be an option.That doesn't mean you cant treat yourself though. You can recreate a mini spa treat in your very own home for next to nothing. Here’s how -
Ambiance. Adjusting the mood in the room is the only way you'll reach total relaxation. Turns any bright lights of and illuminate the room using a few candles. Ensure that there is adequate warmth in the room other you might be uncomfortable.relaxing music should be played and you should have some scent being released into the room. Smell is one sense that is highly receptive and can be really calmed by using candles that have a fragrance or lighting some incense.
Wash. It is important to wash the skin properly first. This takes away any dead surface skin cells and ensure that the top layer is clean. It is not necessary it be too overzealous of try to take too much skin off. Just using a simple cloth and warm water, wipe the skin down a couple of times.
Facial. You don’t have to always fork out lots of money for a luxury skin care facial. There are some very natural ingredients that everyone has in there house than work very well. Mix some egg white and honey into some olive oil and apply to the face like you would a mask. The egg white works to tone and strengthen the skin, honey is a natural antiseptic and there are great moisturising qualities to olive oil. Leave it on for about 15 minutes and wash off properly to reveal your new revitalised skin
